Jetts comes out on top for customer satisfaction

Jetts’ successes keep rolling in, with the fitness franchise taking out the inaugural Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customers’ award for gyms.

2011 was an impressive year for Jetts which was also named BRW’s second fastest growing business in Australia and in December opened its 150th gym.

Canstar Blue commissions Colmar Brunton to survey 2,500 Australian consumers across a range of categories every few months to measure and track customer satisfaction.

According to Jetts, taking out this award is testament that its growth of more than 400 percent over the past three years is largely due to the franchise’s commitment to meeting customers’ needs.

“From day one, we built our business around the customer and focused on what they value; low fees, no contracts, 24/7 access, great equipment and friendly, qualified staff,” said founder and director, Brendon Levenson.

“Jetts’ customer focus runs right through the business from the foundations we laid when we started in 2007 to our exceptional staff working today making a difference in people’s lives.”
