The 24/7 gym model is proving popular both here and overseas.

Twenty-four hour gym franchise, Jetts Fitness, is keeping clients happy both at home and abroad, taking out the Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customers’ awards for gyms in New Zealand, just months after claiming the same prize here in Australia.

Jetts managing director, Adrian McFedries said he was proud to see Jetts named the customer’s choice in both countries.

“The essence of Jetts is offering members freedom of choice and we are wrapped to be recognised on both sides of the Tasman as the gym with the most consistent standards and satisfied customers,” he said.

“From day one, we built our business around the customer and focused on what they value.

“No matter where you are in the world, one thing never changes — customers want low fees, no contracts, 24/7 access, great equipment and friendly, qualified staff.”

Since launching in New Zealand in 2010, Jetts has grown to 26 clubs in 18 months and plan to reach 40 by the end of the year. The franchise has also experienced growth of more than 400 percent in the past three years and was named AustraliaÕs fastest growing franchise for 2012, according to BRW Fast Franchises.

Canstar Blue commissions independent market research firm, Colmar Brunton Australia to survey 2,500 New Zealand consumers across a range of categories every few months to measure and track customer satisfaction. The results of the gym ratings report are from 430 customers with a gym membership from within the survey group.
