Italian favourites join pasta menu at Eagle Boys Pizza

Franchise chain Eagle Boys Pizza has added lasagne, spaghetti bolognese and penne carbonara to its pasta menu. Eagle Boys CEO Todd Clayton said while Australians were committed pasta lovers, they were also very discerning. “WeÕve spent the past 12 months looking at different Italian pastas, sauces and recipes to find the best. The key is simple — use fresh and quality ingredients which donÕt compromise on taste.

“Australian pizza lovers are invariably also pasta lovers so itÕs only natural to offer them both.”

Eagle Boys Pizza operates more than 300 franchised stores throughout Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, the ACT, and the Northern Territory, and first cooked up pasta dishes in 2007.
