Coffee franchise, Hudsons Coffee, has rewarded a number of its franchisees for their dedication to their store, impressive customer service standards and excellence in operations at its 2012 National Awards Dinner.

The dinner was part of Hudsons Coffee’s two day National Franchise Conference, where best practice advice and a supplier exhibition were top of the agenda.

As part of the awards, franchisees were assessed on their store’s performance over a 12 month period where factors such as the quality of the coffee, mystery shopper results, sales performance and overall contribution to the brand’s success were considered.
