Grill’d upgrades salad menu

Casual dining chain Grill’d has given its salad menu a boost in time for summer and is supporting the initiative with an in-restaurant marketing campaign.

‘We fixed our salads’  is the tagline of the marketing concepts which play on a number of national and state-specific issues that also need fixing: for instance in NSW it’s ‘winning State of Origin, for Melbourne its Docklands, Toolies in the Gold Coast, and for Perth, getting onto Gina Rhinehart’s will.

The refreshed salad range is in response to customer feedback and features heartier, tastier salad options for those not indulging in a burger.

Simon Crowe, the chain’s founder, said “We’ve listened to our customers, and upgraded our salad range to offer another option across all of our restaurants. With summer approaching we can now say we offer a great-tasting and satisfying alternative to complement our popular range of burgers. We now have something for everyone.”

The new campaign launched on Thursday 8 November with the salad menu featured in all 61 outlets around Australia.

The new salad menu:

  • chicked caesar salad
  • chicekn, pomegranate and goats cheese
  • mixed vegetables and dukkah
