Hambruger chain Grill’d has been ordered to temporarily reinstate a woman who claims she was fired for challenging her pay and working conditions.

Kahlani Pyrah, 20, said that she was dismissed after attempting to terminate a workplace agreement but Grill’d says she was fired after bullying claims were made against her.

According to Inside Retail Federal Court Judge Philip Burchardt ordered on Monday that Pyrah be reinstated until a full trial set to take place next month.
