A highly experienced partnership of multi-unit franchisees has just opened Zarraffa’s Coffee’s 48th franchise. Mona Keniya, Hemal Keniya, Mayur Patel, Rupali Patel and Nikhil Patel collectively own four businesses, including franchises across the 7 Eleven and ZarraffaÕs Coffee groups, and are opening an outlet in Springwood, Queensland.

“Seeing the progress and performance of our first two stores, located at Palm Beach and Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast, we decided to go for a third store”, said Mayur Patel. “We really love the brand and our interaction with customers, plus the chance to work with friends and family makes it all the more enjoyable.”

The enterprising team of Hemal and Mayur, who own and operate Palm Beach and Pacific Fair are joined by Mona, owner of Southport and Broadbeach 7 Eleven stores, and Nikhil who manages a Cuban Cigar World store. “Rupali is also an accountant and Mona has worked with the ANZ Bank so in addition to our coffee experience we have covered the business side of things”, said Mayur.

Following the company’s trend for easy-access locations, the new store is close to the Pacific Motorway, schools and colleges, and a good blend of industrial and residential areas.

ZarraffaÕs Coffee CEO, Kenton Campbell is confident of the storeÕs success.

“The Chatswood Road team are very good business people because they have a strong commitment to service, an excellent rapport with their customers and the know-how to deliver on the companyÕs high standards”, he said.
