BFT

BFT is going gangbusters with its expansion. The business is the official HYROX training centre for Asia-Pacific. It was recently named a five-star franchise, and has embarked on ambitious plans for the UK and Spain.

The Aussie brand has incorporated scientifically proven training techniques into a variety of 50 minute group fitness sessions; progressive programs are in eight to 10 week blocks.

As a franchisee you’ll be tapping into wearable technology, high intensity interval training, and group training. Members follow directions on multiple digital displays throughout the studio which frees up coaches to provide better assistance.

Fitstop

Fitstop is enjoying rapid expansion, with a total of 100 gyms, and has just launched in the US. Last year the parent company of Snap Fitness, Lift Brands, invested in the Fitstop business.

The Aussie-brand takes a holistic, results-driven approach to health and fitness, based on a variety of 45-minute group sessions. The fitness chain combines its training methodology with nutrition fundamentals for its in-App Fitstop Challenge.

It costs from $200,000 to invest in a Fitstop franchise and benefits include generous territories, a marketing launch plan, help with fit out and design, cutting edge technology, and premium equipment. There is also building and lease support, ongoing innovation, and continual education.

Plus Fitness

Plus Fitness is an Australian-owned, award winning 24 hour gym which has been operating since 2011. There are more than 200 gyms open across Australia, New Zealand and Asia and Plus Fitness continues to open a new location on average every three weeks. It costs from $350,000 to buy a Plus Fitness gym.

The model allows for a recurring fortnightly direct debit revenue, and operates with low staffing levels. There is a fixed franchise fee, robust business systems including integrated software, security and remote monitoring, and ongoing training and support.

As part of the marketing set up franchisees have a Plus Fitness Facebook page and Google My Business page.
