Fasta Pasta wins customer satisfaction award

For the second time running, restaurant franchise Fasta Pasta recently won The Quick Service Restaurant of the Year award for 2012.

The award is based on Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction ratings that are collected from Roy Morgan’s Single Source survey, which involves about 50,000 Australians every year.

Each month, Roy Morgan publishes the top five organsiations from its Customer Satisfaction Monitor.

The organisation that achieves a number one ranking for the most months over the course of the year wins the award.

Frank Taddeo, chief executive, Fasta Pasta said the award is testament to hard work of franchisees across the country.

“With 37 restaurants across the country, it is vital that Fasta Pasta makes a commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

“It is pleasing to see that across the board, customers are responding well to this commitment,” he said.

Taddeo explained the Fasta Pasta experience is not only based on top quality food, but great service.
