Eagle Boys beefs up its menu

A surge in demand for choice cut meat has prompted pizza franchise, Eagle Boys, to launch its latest pizza, the Butcher’s Block.

The pizza, available in September for a limited time only, is made up of chorizo, steak strips, double pepperoni, bacon rashers and ham and is finished off with hollandaise sauce and parsley.

Eagle Boys’ CEO, Todd Clayton, said “Our top selling pizza, BBQ Meat Lovers, together with a growing demand for gourmet ingredients, has inspired us to create a fusion of prime cut meat, velvety hollandaise and fresh herbs.”

Clayton expects the Butcher’s Block to be a big hit, especially with the football finals approaching, and says customers can appreciate good, local produce without breaking the budget.

“The Butcher’s Block’s exotic flavours are supplied by some of the world’s best livestock producers – right here in Australia. From paddock to plate, the Butcher’s Block is a truly rustic pizza with a distinct Spanish influence, but without the gourmet price,” he said.
