Adelaide based coffee and cafe franchise Cibo Espresso will open a new store on Creek Street in Brisbane’s CBD on 22 July, bringing its total number of Brisbane based outlets to four.

This is the CBD’s first Cibo Espresso outlet, with the remaining three stores located in the Brisbane suburbs of Chermside, New Farm and Nundah.

The new store will be run by existing Cibo Espresso franchisee Marcelle Horn, who joined the brand earlier this year.

She said she was thrilled to be part of the brand’s ongoing expansion in the Queensland market.

“I opened my first Cibo Espresso in Nundah’s new Circa Plaza development in February this year and am really excited about offering the people in the city more of our unique coffee experience.”

Cibo Espresso is the latest franchise to join the Retail Zoo portfolio; the company behind Boost Juice and Salsa’s Fresh Mex Grill.

The brand currently has stores across South Australia and Queensland, and Retail Zoo is looking to eventually roll it out into other parts of the country, including Sydney and Melbourne.
