A World Options franchisee gets individual face-to-face training in all aspects of the industry we operate in, how to target ideal customers, who are our carrier partners and the products we sell, and a comprehensive sales skills training program. The program also covers an in-depth training session and guide on how to use the online shipping platform. This training should give you all the skills to operate your own World Options franchise.
As ongoing support one of our senior managers will act as a mentor throughout your franchise journey. They will be available to help you whenever you need them. We encourage our franchisees to be the first line of contact with the customer. The client and franchisee’s connection will flourish from this. We also have a Customer Support team that can answer any questions that you or your customers may have.
