Kiosk / Retail Strip — Compact, lower-investment, high-traffic locations.
Shopping Centre Stores — Strong footfall, great visibility.
Larger Dine-in / Multi-format Venues — Higher turnover opportunities with more seating and service options.

Sushi Sushi launches new marketing initiative
Training & Ongoing Support
What franchisees get in terms of help and continuous improvement:
Initial Training: Five weeks of intensive, hands-on training in a store. Everything from knife skills, product preparation, stock management, customer service to inventory etc. Also online training for business operations (financials, planning).
Site Selection & Build-Out Support: Assistance with choosing locations (demographic studies, traffic, site visibility) and negotiating leases; also managing the buildout process.
Marketing Support: National Brand marketing by Head Office along with help for Local area marketing including social media, digital and delivery platforms
Ongoing Training & Performance Support
Franchisees receive ongoing field support to ensure they remain confident and connected to the brand as they operate their stores, help with goal tracking and operational improvements.
