While a number of our owners have qualifications in business or health care, this is not a requirement. What we look for are people who have a desire and passion to work in the industry, people who are willing and eager to learn about the industry and are willing to seek advice from financial advisers before they start. An ideal candidate will have the finance and a positive history in small business or experience in the industry. We provide thorough initial training that is multi-modal, designed to assist you to learn effectively and is supported throughout and if you have had no prior experience with accounting software, there is complimentary support with a dedicated Xero mentor. Plus, we offer complimentary set-up and training using our selected scheduling software. You will also attend various training courses that we periodically provide as well as periodic conventions, regional meetings, and conferences.
