Our RightStart™ new owner training program is designed to set up new owners for success. The two-week program covers all aspects of the home care and support business including human resources, recruitment, care management, marketing, operations, accounting and record keeping, compliance, and systems.

How often will a field or business development manager visit franchisees?

In addition to RightStart™ support, a home office representative will visit every franchise owner and their team annually to review and set targets for the next trading period.

Feedback is garnered through regular audits and client reviews and regular conversations with the home office.

How do you support franchisees in financial distress?

Due to rapid industry growth, we have very few franchisees in financial distress. In the rare instance this occurs, we support the franchisee with consultation and remediation in all aspects of the business to rectify their situation.

What product or service innovations will you bring in next year to help franchisees boost their businesses?

With bespoke skills in each office, franchisees are free to develop their own service innovations suited to those skills such as palliative care and allied health.

Some of our franchise owners are nurses and allied health professionals whilst others are from the corporate world, who have applied their business skills to start and run their own business.

A large amount of our owners are husband and wife teams or life partners; and many have young children. Right at Home provides the flexibility that busy families need in our dynamic, fast-changing world.

For this reason, we tailor our onboarding and training around your past experiences, your current skills and look at how we can utilise your strengths to get you up and running as successfully and quickly as possible.

The initial training is a commitment of two weeks full time in Brisbane and the cost of training is included in the franchise fee. The comprehensive initial training covers our bespoke systems, care management, care delivery, recruitment, sales, marketing, operations and managing the business.

New franchise owners enter our RightStart© program designed to get them up and running and profitable within the shortest space of time. This program provides intensive support during the start-up phase that underpins the early success of our franchise owners.

Whilst Right at Home provide ongoing national advertising providing you with new clients, we also give you localised advertising training and support so that you can build your profile in the relevant areas of support in your territory.

You will have a Field Manager providing intensive support through your onboarding and early stage of your business.  You will have ongoing training and support from both head office and your field manager.   We hold company conferences for your involvement and also encourage you to join support groups of franchisees who are there to help, support and provide knowledge to each other, as its important that all Right at Home franchisees are successful in their respective territories.

We have an extensive document library providing you with everything you need to cover  Policies and Procedures, Government regulations, H.R. systems, Payroll and essentially anything you will need to help you run a successful localised business.

Upfront investment
