TRAINING PROVIDED

No prior experience in pool care? No problem!

Poolwerx has several systems and programs in place to support franchise partners giving you 100% confidence in your business.
You will attend Poolwerx Pool School. A fully equipped training centre with state-of-the-art training facilities located in Brisbane – including airfares & accommodation for three weeks (for 2 people).

• Enjoy face-to-face, practical training.
• Gain the skills & confidence to run your new business.
• Cert III in Pool & Spa Maintenance
• Learn Poolwerx systems and processes: business strategy, HR, technology, IT, finance, marketing, customer service, & much more.

SKILLS

Poolwerx is looking for enthusiastic people who are self-motivated and customer focused. The ideal franchisee is passionate about Poolwerx and the business opportunity. You should have excellent communication skills.

Ideally, candidates will be ‘problem solvers’ and be able to use their initiative. Franchise partners should be compliant and willing to follow Poolwerx processes. Additionally, they should be resilient and driven.

Initial Term 5 + 5 Years Option for further 5 Years (5 + 5 + 5)
