At Kitset Assembly Services, flatpack is our business. It’s what we do (we do a lot of it) and we’re really good at it. We’ve assembled thousands of Kitset or flatpack products, generating hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales and creating a legendary reputation. We have a strong foundation and partnerships with retailers as well as a world class, direct to customer online booking portal … which provides quotes on assembly based on the products customers have purchased, so our Franchisees have access to a good volume of work and a steady customer base, from which to grow a good Franchise.
Our business model is extremely simple – we assemble flatpack furniture and other flatpack products, for customers, at their home or office for a fixed fee. No surprises in price means that our customers refer their friends and family to us and we get a lot of repeat business. We also provide all our Franchisees with topnotch training on assembly and treating the customer like royalty – customers love us! You’ll love us too.

The initial Opportunity fee includes up to 4 weeks training, comprised of:
- 1 week systems, administration, marketing and software training and
- 3 weeks of On-the-job (OTJ) field training with trainers and/or other Franchisees to provide hands-on experience by building product familiarity & problem-solving skills through mentorship.
- Each flatpack product has its own unique instructions, components, and assembly methods, so OTJ training will allow you to familiarise yourself with the specific products and brands you will be working with.
You’ll learn from experienced professionals in the field by observing mentors’ expertise, gaining valuable insights, tips, and tricks that may not be found in manuals or training materials. This mentorship fosters a supportive learning environment and helps develop skills and confidence in your work. You’ll also learn how to troubleshoot issues that may arise during the assembly process, such as missing parts, unclear instructions, or unexpected complications. This practical experience will enhance your ability to adapt and find solutions, ensuring efficient and successful assembly outcomes.
