At Kitset Assembly Services, flatpack is our business. It’s what we do (we do a lot of it) and we’re really good at it. We’ve assembled thousands of Kitset or flatpack products, generating hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales and creating a legendary reputation. We have a strong foundation and partnerships with retailers as well as a world class, direct to customer online booking portal … which provides quotes on assembly based on the products customers have purchased, so our Franchisees have access to a good volume of work and a steady customer base, from which to grow a good Franchise.

Our business model is extremely simple – we assemble flatpack furniture and other flatpack products, for customers, at their home or office for a fixed fee. No surprises in price means that our customers refer their friends and family to us and we get a lot of repeat business. We also provide all our Franchisees with topnotch training on assembly and treating the customer like royalty – customers love us! You’ll love us too.

So if you’re the person that family and friends call when they’ve got a flatpack, the person that enjoys putting things together or the one that doesn’t have “screws left over” (no, they’re not “spare”) then you’ve come to the right place. Book a call with one of our team to find out how you could join, saving more marriages right across Australia.

In Business for yourself, not by yourself!

The most important reason to consider a Kitset Assembly Services, is that you’re buying a proven system. You might consider SYSTEM an acronym for: Save Yourself Substantial Time, Energy and Money. That system is not only the initial know how and training, but extends to an ongoing Support relationship with the Franchisor and the Field Support team.

From the Customer Experience Team (CX), Field Trainers, Franchise & Country Managers … there is a wealth of experience that is on tap to support you in the business growth and realisation of your goals.

The franchisor devotes a significant amount of time and money to directly marketing the brand through advertisement, radio, publications, social media, email marketing and retail partnership co-branding. Utilising our own in-house expertise as well as consulting with independent industry experts, we track and tweak to ensure the maximum exposure and return on spend.

The network size and continue growth also play a significant role in the Brand Awareness. Every other Franchisee is an advocate for your business. Each Store visit, strategic park and great service delivered, contributes to the overall reputation that positively impacts your business

Franchisees buy into a vast amount of intellectual property that they wouldn’t have had, were they to start their own business. Our Brand Standard ensure that there is consistency in our image and messaging. Franchisee driven initiatives, utilising the Kitset brand, are supported by central resources, again ensuring that “best in class’ is both delivered and realised.

In addition to direct lines to the CX team and key support staff, Kitset Assembly Services also utilise online Group Forums for support. Franchisees who encounter unusual products, assembly challenges or even with fun stories to share, have a range of groups they can posy into for peer support amoung the Franchisee network.

The initial Opportunity fee includes up to 4 weeks training, comprised of:

  • 1 week systems, administration, marketing and software training and
  • 3 weeks of On-the-job (OTJ) field training with trainers and/or other Franchisees to provide hands-on experience by building product familiarity & problem-solving skills through mentorship.
  • Each flatpack product has its own unique instructions, components, and assembly methods, so OTJ training will allow you to familiarise yourself with the specific products and brands you will be working with.

You’ll learn from experienced professionals in the field by observing mentors’ expertise, gaining valuable insights, tips, and tricks that may not be found in manuals or training materials. This mentorship fosters a supportive learning environment and helps develop skills and confidence in your work. You’ll also learn how to troubleshoot issues that may arise during the assembly process, such as missing parts, unclear instructions, or unexpected complications. This practical experience will enhance your ability to adapt and find solutions, ensuring efficient and successful assembly outcomes.
