The Ferguson Plarre model provides you with a simple, royalty-free bakery café business that requires no baking experience.
We do all the fiddly, messy, early morning baking which leaves you to do what you do best, provide hero customer service. Not only do we do the baking but we help find your site, negotiate your lease and build your store while you train. It’s a piece of cake!
Owning a franchise means a larger organisation with an established and proven system is there to support you. You have the flexibility of owning and operating your own store, but you can lean on a larger network for support.

Franchisee Training
Our award-winning Training Team will teach you everything you need to know to become a successful franchisee. There’s a lot to learn but you’re in good hands, our Training Team collected the gold award for Best Learning Model – Blended at the prestigious LearnX Live Awards in 2020.
Our extensive training program is specially designed to ensure you start your franchise journey with a great understanding of our business. 4 weeks of formal training are required, taking place in the classroom, online and in-store and you’ll need to pass a series of assessments before you can open your store.
