Support & Training

ANZ Mobile Lending has a team of specialists to support you at every stage of your journey in the network.
ANZ will assist in arranging the accreditations you require to commence your business, as well as provide you with access to continuous development through training, conferences and state meetings. You will receive the support of a dedicated Regional Manager and Lending Specialist to provide you with coaching and guidance across your business performance, strategy and planning, as well as home lending queries and compliance.

Additionally, the business has a broader team of specialists who support franchisees across all facets of operations such as credit and assessment, local area marketing, technology and governance just to name a few.
In the event you come from a non-lending background, you will be required to complete a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking before commencing with ANZ Mobile Lending.

Franchise Recruitment Process

The franchise recruitment process is extensive and generally takes several months before you are operational in your Mobile Lending franchise. You will be required to successfully complete a number of interviews along with business planning activities. It is crucial to ensure that the proposed business is a fit for both parties (franchisee and franchisor) before entering into a franchise agreement. The acquisition team will provide you with information to assist with your due diligence so that you are able to create your own business plan and forecasts for the proposed franchise business. You will be required to seek your own independent legal and financial advice on the proposed business as a part of the franchise recruitment process.
