Tradie Taskforce is proud of the initial training program we provide to our Franchise Partners. All new Franchise Partners will be inducted into the brand and The Manual, including the company operational procedures and systems.

Our training and induction program is designed to prepare you for being able to successfully operate your business within The Tradie Taskforce system and promotes efficient business operation.

Training includes the following areas:

  • The Tradie Taskforce systems.
  • Customer service standards and managing clients’ expectations.
  • Sales and marketing.
  • Quoting.
  • Project management.
  • Approved Suppliers – purchasing requirements, ordering and payment.
  • Hands-on sales training.
  • Workplace Health & Safety (WHS). Administration and financial management.
  • The tender process and contracts.
  • Software platform training.

Buying a Franchise is an important investment, and we know that the prospect of beginning a new venture can be daunting, but with our support owning your own successful home improvement business has never been easier.

Upfront investment

  • Franchise fee: $25,000
  • Site/fit-out fee: $15,000

Ongoing fees

  • Royalty: $150 (+GST)/week for the first year
