Personalised Training:
Each Franchisee is trained based on there strengths, weaknesses and past experience so time isn’t wasted in areas you already have covered and help is provided in areas that need to be strengthened.

An essential element of Town & Country’s success lies in partnering with the right franchisees. These individuals possess the passion and drive necessary to sustain and grow our brand. They embody a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a relentless pursuit of success. Our application process helps us forge lasting relationships, ensuring that every franchisee in our network thrives.

Upon joining us, you’ll begin an 8-week training program at one of our stores. This program is divided into 4 operational modules and is tailored for those new to the industry. It’s designed to thoroughly prepare you for your role and help us progress towards opening day.

Grand Opening: The big day
Once your training is complete, you’ll be fully prepared to launch your franchise. Our operations team will be with you on-site for an additional 2 weeks, providing ongoing training and support to help you achieve success!
