Our process ensures a seamless match between you, the franchise partner, and our property team’s site selection process, which includes assessments on accessibility, convenience, foot traffic, and lease terms. This alignment is a key part of our partnership process for selecting the chosen location.

The investment for a Schnitz restaurant varies based on the size and structure of the site:

  • Counter Format within shopping centres: $600K-$800K
  • Small Restaurant Format on high streets or in shopping centres: $700K-$900K
  • Large Restaurant Format on high streets or in shopping centres: $800-$1M
