Rashays is a private company owned by the Ykmour family. The company specialises in family friendly Restaurants. Its head-office is in South Granville where they also house a huge food manufacturing/production facility.

Rashays have in place 40 locations across NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD

Rashays Restaurants are supported by Head office who provide assistance with systems, marketing & restaurant procedures, whilst also managing a food production facility that includes Baking, Butchery, Sauce manufacturing, vegetable and salad preparation with all products freshly sourced from Australian farmers.

Experience in food or hospitality is not essential to own a Rashays Restaurant. Rashays put more emphasis on looking for partners who are passionate and committed people looking to improve their lives, be part of the local community and be prepared to be fully involved in their local business.
