Wouldn’t a better taste be born if we boldly delete menus that we don’t eat often and focus our efforts on the most representative menus? Hong Kong Banjeom 0410 started from this question as a champon specialty store that only deals with champon. Since then, we have added menu items that can make use of Hong Kong’s specialties such as Jjajangmyeon and Kkanpunggi, and have been receiving a lot of love even after more than 10 years.
