About Burrito Bar
Established in 2011, Burrito Bar was inspired by the streets of San Francisco, where traditional Mexican street food meets art to create a wholesome experience. With a wide variety of flavours and colours, a new style of Mexican street food was founded at Burrito Bar. We range from quick, tasty takeaways and home deliveries, all the way up to generous share platters to dine in and enjoy with a group. Our meals are perfectly complimented by a Beer, Cocktail, or Tequila. It’s easy to eat and be social.
Burrito Bar is the foundation brand of one of Australia’s leading multi-brand Franchisors, Progressive Franchising Partnerships (PFP), which is the name behind successful QSR brands Burrito Bar, Smokin Burgers n’ Ribs, Sweet Republick, and Hell Pizza in Australia. Currently Progressive Franchising Partnerships has 102 physical and virtual restaurants across QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT and NT.
Our strategic, adaptable, supportive, and locally responsive approach to franchising puts Franchise Partner sales, profitability, return on investment and success at the centre of everything we do and has seen our restaurants continually prosper, even throughout the challenges of the last few years.
We are proud to offer some of the lowest entry costs and lowest ongoing fees for Franchise Partners to help ensure a healthy return on Franchise Partner investment. We are accredited with several lenders to make owning your own business easy. On many of our new and existing locations, we are also pleased to be able to offer interest free vendor finance, hire-purchase, and management agreement options to welcome quality Franchise Partners who may not have big bank accounts or access to finance, but have a desire to be successful and own their own business.
We offer professional support across all areas of the business, including operations, training, marketing, public relations, menu development, procurement and supply chain, leasing, human resources, finance, legislation, and technology systems.
No previous experience is necessary from our Franchise Partners, as full training is provided.
At Burrito Bar, we want to teach you more than just how to make a Burrito! Which is why we have a comprehensive training program to ensure you and your business is set-up for long-term success.
The minimum training program for Franchise Partners is 5 weeks, with additional weeks for those Franchise Partners who wish to add Smokin Burgers n’ Ribs or Sweet Republick to their business location. Each week of training consists of 5 days, but this can be condensed to complete days consecutively if you are in a hurry or spaced out to fit in with your other commitments.
Regardless of whether you are opening a new restaurant or buying an existing restaurant, Burrito Bar continues to provide training support to ensure your transition into your own business is smooth and as stress free as possible. Franchise Partners opening new restaurants receive a minimum of 3 additional weeks of extensive training support (1 week before opening and 2 weeks after opening) to ensure your team is fully trained and operating effectively. While Franchise Partners buying an existing restaurant also receive additional support post-settlement to assist you in taking the reins of your new restaurant.
We have your back at Burrito Bar and always have our highly skilled and experienced team available to assist with ongoing coaching, training and support for both you and your team every day of the year! Additionally, we also provide a comprehensive online learning management system for you and your entire team to access 24 hours a day.
