Brodies currently have seven outlets, are proudly Australian owned and have been in operating since 1987. Brodies main franchise is the Full Concept Store which can be housed in a Food Court, or on a Street frontage and possibly with a drive-through attached. This store would be based on a café format and would ideally be located within or near to a large shopping centre or situated as a stand alone drive through location.

Brodies have a Travel Centre franchise offering which is based on a dining facility format with the Travel Centre store usually located within a large truck stop or roadhouse on a main thoroughfare.

Brodies have an Express / Kiosk option which can operate in much smaller ‘hole in the wall’ style tenancies These may operate under the name “Brodies Express” and have a reduced menu offering.
