Arrive On Time Appliance Repairs started life on the Mornington Peninsula in 2000 with one man in a van. We now have ten men in ven travelling Greater Melbourne, Central and Northern Victoria, and Brisbane repairing washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and cooktops.

We pride ourselves on our communication, customer service and punctuality, as is evidenced by the huge numbers of return and referred customers we have each week and also the glowing words of praise that flow through our Google reviews. We are busy and looking to expand in several areas around Melbourne, Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula, and other areas of regional Victoria.

My name is Kip – Arrive On Time Cranbourne

I joined because I was seeking a better work life balance for myself and my family.

I did this with absolutely no knowledge of anything when it comes to appliance repair. My two previous careers were all about customer service and this is the heart of AOT.

The entire company has been incredibly supportive from the office to the training. Particularly training; I couldn’t have asked for more from our head trainer (Shaun). His knowledge is incredible, but his patience is his strength.

Joining AOT has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.
