What training will I receive? Kwik Fix training is never ending, once you join our franchise system the training never stops.
Your initial training will consist of a minimum of four weeks at our training facilities in Brisbane. All training is provided one-on-one by fully qualified, experienced trainers. The trainers provide comprehensive hands-on training to cover all repair processes, you are taken step by step through each process, right from the basics to the more involved repairs, and we consistently review and assess your performance in training to ensure you have mastered each step. Naturally, the training schedule must be flexible in its time frame to allow for your rate of skill acquisition. Other aspects such as customer service, marketing, invoicing, laptop navigation and personal presentation etc are also encompassed. Immediately following the training course, a one-week, hands-on support program is provided to the new franchisee in their own territory to assist with the set up and blending-in to their potential customer base.
Ongoing training includes regular onsite field support, this support enables you to keep abreast of the latest products and technical procedures. Each field visit also involves a comprehensive review to keep your business on track and to help maximise your profit potential.
Your ongoing training also includes Annual Regional Technical Workshops that come to you. The regional workshops offers franchisees further technical training specifically designed to meet with their needs and requirements, it also enables franchisees to discuss and share experiences and knowledge with fellow franchisees in their region.
